They use roughly the same hosts for several months, but change the domain names practically daily so that you can't just block their sender address. The "EU legislation" they refer to is the Privacy & Electronic Communications directive which prevents sending to individual subscribers. So they try to send their crap to your work address instead. It's still a breach of the network's acceptable use policy. I agree with the "give them an earful" approach, not intimidatory but asking them for some consideration to people at work or to behave like human beings and not moronic scum. The St Loyes Street address is only a mailing address as it is one of those Mailbox office units.
